Governance

Section 7 of the Membership Terms establishes the cooperative substrate posture. This page is a placeholder for the long-form governance charter that ships with the Portal.

Until then, two anchors hold:

• Cohorts participate in their own governance. The substrate enforces what the cohort ratifies.
• Principals adjudicate canon-grade decisions. Terms change by ratification, not by silent update.

Walsh Karra Holdings LLC is operator and IP custodian during the pre-attestation phase, per Section 10 of the Membership Terms.
